This is David Mulusa, he is 9  years old, he does not go to school because his mother cannot manage to sponsor him due to extreme poverty conditions they live in.  He helps his mother to pick plastic bottles from the streets and dust bins to resell for survival. The mother needs to be empowered so that she can take the children to school and be able to feed the family.
